Refund policy

Refunds & Returns Policy: 

At M’Elyon Organics, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products. All sales are final. 

If you receive any items damaged, please notify us within 10 days for replacement with photos of the damages and necessary information as we will be delighted to assist you. 

Refunds

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

If your package is returned to us unopened due to an incorrect package delivery, we will process a refund minus the packaging cost within 14 days of receiving the returned package from the shipping carrier. We do not reship packages.
